Comprehensive Association records are maintained and regularly updated to ensure operations efficiency and chronological integrity. Some administrative services are listed below:
  • Owner records management

  • Corporate records management & retention (minutes, resolutions, proxies, insurance, contracts, etc.)

  • Counsel and advise the Board concerning generally accepted industry standards

  • Place and keep in force all forms of insurance needed to adequately protect the association

  • Coordinate and administer insurance claims on behalf of the Association

  • Administer the enforcement of the provisions in the Declaration and by-laws, and rules and regulations

  • Record & transcribe minutes of meetings

  • Develop and implement procedures for application, review, and approval of architectural modifications submittals
